Pork should be as thin as practical, 1/4" thick would be ideal.
Combine all ingredients minus pork into large container and mix well. Put aside a small amount of sauce if desired.
Marinate pork for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Add a rack to a roasting pan and add enough water to come slightly below the rack.
Wipe excess sauce off pork chops and roast for 10 minutes at 425F. Reduce heat to 325F and roast for additional 30-40 minutes. Baste and turn frequently, every 5-10 minutes. Add a little peanut or sesame oil during basting if it starts to become dry.
