Preheat Komodo Kamado to 400F, use only light smoke if desired (perhaps a nice fruit smoke). Cheese really absorbs smoke flavor so be careful to let the volatiles burn off!
Remove the top of the Brie rind, leaving the sides and bottom intact. Place on maple plank.
Sprinkle with pepper. Add sesame seeds and drizzle with honey and syrup. Add almonds, tarragon, and top with blueberries.
Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes until the cheese starts bubbling over.
