Title: French Bread

Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed mixer bowl
Add salt, butter and flour
Mix for approximately three minutes
Place dough in covered, greased bowl turning to grease top. Allow to rise for about 1 hour.
Punch dough down and roll into 12x15" rectangle. Roll into a loaf shape and place on greased baking sheet dusted with corn meal. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Make 4 diagonal cuts along the top of the loaf and bake at 450F for 25 minutes.
Beat egg white with water and brush on the top of the hot loaf. Bake for 5-10 minutes longer
