Fire up the Komodo Kamado to 350F indirect.

Mix together apple sauce and Worcestershire sauce to create the wet rub.

Mix together spices into dry rub.

Rub the chicken with the wet rub, allowing the excess to drip into 9x5x3" loaf pan.

Rub the chicken with the dry rub, cooking until the breast is about 160F.
