Instructions

Boil macaroni as directed on the box, drain
Add condensed soup plus 1/2 of a can of water or milk. Add cheese and butter as directed from the macaroni box. OPTIONAL: Add extra cheese, a slice or two of american will make it a bit richer.
Add cooked macaroni and heat over medium flame until all ingredients are blended.
