Sous Vide Corn on the Cob
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 tbs butter
- salt, ground cayenne, garlic sale
- Preheat Sous Vide to 184°F/84°C.
- Cut corn in half.
- Place ingredients into bag and seal.
- Cook for 30 minutes
