Sous Vide Corn on the Cob

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4

  • 2 ears of corn
  • 2 tbs butter
  • salt, ground cayenne, garlic salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Sous Vide to 184°F/84°C.
  2. Cut corn in half.
  3. Place ingredients into bag and seal.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes
