Sous Vide Corned Beef

While not a huge difference between the standard "boil the crap out of it" method I find this to be a bit more flavorful as the seasonings are kept within the bag instead of dispersed into the water.


  • 1 Pre-packaged Corned Beef Brisket
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • Small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Dash of worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Guinness


  1. Preheat Sous Vide to 180°F/82°C.
  2. Add brisket, seasoning packet, and other ingredients to bag and water-seal.
  3. Cook for 10 hours.
