Sous Vide Corned Beef
While not a huge difference between the standard "boil the crap out of it" method I find this to be a bit more flavorful as the seasonings are kept within the bag instead of dispersed into the water.
- 1 Pre-packaged Corned Beef Brisket
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- Small onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- Dash of worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup Guinness
- Preheat Sous Vide to 180°F/82°C.
- Add brisket, seasoning packet, and other ingredients to bag and water-seal.
- Cook for 10 hours.
