Sous Vide Filet Mignon

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 2

  • 2 8oz filet mignon steaks
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • salt, pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Sous Vide to 130°F/54°C.
  2. Coat steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Place steaks and remaining ingredients into bag and seal.
  4. Cook for 60 minutes.
  5. Perform a quick sear on a very hot grill or cast iron skillet to add texture.
